You should be so lucky
This time of year is a mixed blessing for so many people, including myself. The excitement and delight of Spring vs the misery of the hay fever season… it’s a veritable muddle of feelings for me that’s for sure.
Of course the main outward sign of hay fever is sneezing, which has been tricky to do over the last couple of years without causing angst and fear in those around you 😊 But there are many myths from various different cultures which surround the humble sneeze.
Many cultures think sneezing sometime between noon and midnight is a sign of good luck, while others think it’s a bad sign. In other cases, some people believe if you sneeze while getting dressed, something bad will happen that day. Still others think that if you turn your head to the right when you sneeze you’ll have good luck, while turning your heard to the left will bring bad luck.

Plus more stock arriving…
Meanwhile, we’ve had the new delivery of the Doris Streich linen shirts in blue, so we have all sizes again in that one if you were waiting. We’ve also had some extra stock of the Mona Lisa lightweight trousers and crops delivered as well as some more K J Brand Wash & Gos . The website has been updated so you can see if we have your size back in stock.
We also did more photos last week so I will be adding those to the site as soon as they’re ready. Everything is in the shop already so if you want an early preview, come on down to see us!
Give us a call on 020 8947 9797 or send an email to arrange an appointment* to visit at a time to suit you. Or place an order online and we will get your goodies out to you as soon as we can, usually the same day.
Stay safe and well ladies.
NB: We are keeping with the appointment system to ensure we can manage in the shop with only one member of staff. This won’t necessarily mean you’ll be alone in the shop so if you want to be, please make sure we know when you book your appointment.
